Having been a tenant with Tungsten MG for the last 17 months, and dealing directly with Emma rather than via the estate agent, I can only say that things worked out far better than expected.
There have been a couple of issues with the property over that time but on every occasion Emma has been responsive understanding and has taken swift action as appropriate.
I believe Tungsten MG to be a fair landlord and would definitely recommend.
