We have secured a property via a sourcer to purchase a property in Rochester, Kent which will make 2 x 9 bed HMOs with a large retail until running underneath. This is super for Bannan and Sulley as we know the area of Medway and also have lots of HMO experience but we will be learning about dealing with retails units plus we have to take this property which has delayed completion through full planning.
We have started to lay the new timbers and joists in Wallgate, Wigan to replace those damaged areas. We have learnt the time and financial costs that buying a listed building in a town centre can have. We are carrying out the repairs now so that the foundation as are laid for the future are solid and create perfect homes for our soon to be tenants.
