    Happy New Year all.

Bannan and Sulley Developments have left 2021 on a strong note as the new plans for the window frontage has been submitted to the council. The council officer has asked for a few tweaks as they are very keen to protect the overall look of the street whilst making it practical, such as incorporating the bin store with street access. The feedback and go ahead from the council is critical to allow us to fit the new wall that supports the new meters. The wall that holds the meters is fixed directly to the new frontage. Once the new frontage is fitted and the wall erected I can book the meters to be installed, the water connections to be increased and installed and for the bin store to be create. All these points have long lead terms.

We had an intrusive timber survey carried out before Christmas to work out what the fire and water damage has done to the timbers strength and if any need replacing, plus ensure the historical timbers can take the weight loads.

We continued to look at new projects with our strict strategy in mind but we are yet to secure our next project. We are not to rush our purchase as we want to buy what fits our portfolio so it suits the business long term plus we need to purchase projects that work financially.

We cannot wait to see what 2022 brings our growing property company.
