This month has been very busy as we have uncovered a number of structural issues caused by fire and water damage. These elements have been highlighted by a number of reports we have instructed as we want to rectify anything in this listed property now whilst in the building process.
The builders now have the surveys and cost back and are complying the final variation orders for the project - hoping it's not going to knock us over in shock but that is what the contingency fund is for.
I have continued to appraise deals against our tight criteria and the search has undercover new potential investment areas and also allowed me to met some new contacts.
