Bannan & Sulley is a property investment company run by Joseph, Emma and Steven. Our team allows us to ensure our core values remain central to how we operate, and ensure we stay in touch with our tenants, investors and external teams.
We have collectively over 30 years experience in property and therefore know how important it is to find the perfect property. Our tenants are very important as we wish for them to stay with us for the longterm, so their safety and comfort is paramount. We also wish for our investors to build their portfolio with us by utilising our expertise and project management skills to improve their financial positions.
Our end goal is to provide high-end stylish accommodation that is affordable for our tenants, yet provides a strong yield and financial asset to Bannan & Sulley Developments and our investors.
Location is key which is why the properties we source are close to local amenities, local transport links and stable places of work such as hospitals, universities and other core infrastructure. We source properties with layouts where we know we can utilise the floorspace to maximise the rent yield per month, but also creating liveable spaces that tenants will wish to remain in for the longterm.
We have a proven process of sourcing and project managing property renovations so our focus remains strongly fixed on what we do best.
We have several properties in Kent, Surrey and Wigan, We want to grow our property portfolio so we can offer great homes and living experiences for many more people. In Medway we create stylish, high-end HMO’s where like-minded people can live in comfort plus modern and desirable flat conversions. In Wigan we convert utilised commercial property into luxury self contained units within walking distance to town centres, railway hubs or large employment hotspots. The Kent and Surrey BTL’s offer homes to tenants in flats and houses in extremely desirable locations.
Within our HMO’s, we seek properties that will offer safe and secure homes and we will always present the rooms and shared living area with high-quality furnishings. We employ a local well established management company who ensure any requests regardless of size and complexity will be dealt with in the correct manner and with the professionalism you deserve.
Bannan & Sulley Developments have a number of investors whom they source and project manage the property conversion for. The investors have a range of backgrounds and funds plus their involvement also differs. We want to use our experience and education to either teach others to replicate what Bannan & Sulley Developments have done or offer you a rentable property at the end of the process with little involvement.
Bannan & Sulley Developments source properties in the South East of England specifically Medway: Gillingham, Chatham, Strood and Rochester, alongside properties in the North West such as Wigan, Stockport and St Helens.
We wish to take on properties that need a full refurbishment so we can imprint our mark upon these and use our proven process to make these properties a desirable and profitable conversion. Bannan & Sulley Developments has a proven formula with multi-let and flat conversions which makes our projects stand out from the rest.
Bannan & Sulley Developments will manage the whole process from sourcing the property, gaining quotes from our power team, project managing the build process and then working with trusted letting agents to get your property rented. You can be as hands on or off as you would like, its a win win for all!
Joe is a highly driven and experienced business executive across multiple sectors.
Joe experience in property consists of having a BTL property portfolio local to where be grow up and has previous experience completing a commercial-residential development. Joe has also been involved in raising mass capital for other property developers from private investors.
Emma, the founder and director of Bannan & Sulley Developments began her career after leaving Loughborough University in the hospitality industry. Emma heads up the sourcing team and oversees the project managers as well as the business on a day to day basis. Emma’s property journey started in Medway HMO’s with Tungsten Management
Group.
She is able to manage her own business with a young family by having a strong and reliable team around her.
